5. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

All products provided by Affi8, including netting systems used for Cat Proofing, are intended as preventive safety measures and does not substitute the duty of care required of a responsible pet owner. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure proper maintenance and supervision. Product performance may vary depending on usage, environmental factors, and maintenance.

6. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage arising from accidents, environmental wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modifications, negligence, or acts of nature. Products must be regularly inspected and maintained at least every 6 months. Any irregularities or deviations must be promptly reported to Affi8 for assessment.

This Site may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any consequences of accessing them. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

11. PRODUCT USAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Use of our products is conditional on the understanding that users are responsible for regularly inspecting and maintaining their installed systems. Any modification or misuse absolves Affi8 from liability.
